Professional Experience

Anthony Blaylock, President and CEO of Sagamore Services, has over 20 years of experience in Development and Finance. He has provided equity and expertise in numerous projects, ranging from single-family residences to large commercial transactions. Mr. Blaylock is a seasoned expert in the foreclosure and rehabilitation markets and has significant experience in bank work-outs, assignments, and recasting of mortgage loans.

Associations: Mr. Blaylock was a founder of Powerhouse Sports Restaurant and spearheaded the development of Dark Fiber and DSL Communications, forming World Net Work Solutions. He inspired the start-up of Landmark Bank and is also the CEO of Bill and Martha Freeman Outreach, Inc., a non-profit organization. Mr. Blaylock played a crucial role in the startup of Intervu, a video streaming company sold to Akamai Technology for $2.8 billion.

Personal History: Before forming Blaylock Commercial Holdings, LLC, and its subsidiaries, Mr. Blaylock was a "Star Athlete" in the NFL, playing for the Cleveland Browns, San Diego Chargers, and Chicago Bears. He is a member of the college Hall of Fame at Winston-Salem State University and the Class of 2024 CIAA Hall of Fame.

Community: Mr. Blaylock is deeply committed to the communities he serves. He advocates for Community Youth Programs and is a third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He continues to make charitable contributions and was honored by the Mayor of Atlanta with a proclamation declaring January 30th as Anthony Blaylock Day.
